What data we collect

Through the inquiry and contact forms we collect the data you enter yourself: name, country, email address, selected variety and the content of your message. On submission the time and IP address are logged to protect the form from abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and fulfil an order (contractual basis or steps prior to entering into a contract). We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

Retention

Messages are kept for the duration of the business relationship or at most three years after the last contact; order data is kept as required by tax and accounting law.

Processors

The website is hosted and maintained by APRO Pixels d.o.o. (Pixie Pilot platform). Form messages are forwarded to our email address through the platform’s server. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties unless required by law.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner. Send requests to info@eurohop-shop.com.
